Cancellation Policy
1. Reservations
By making a reservation, you indicate full knowledge and acceptance of the accommodation’s accommodation, booking, payment and cancellation policies.
The posted prices include all legal taxes and are in euros, per night.
2. Advance payments
Depositing the advance payment and sending the corresponding receipt must be done when submitting the reservation form on our website.
In any case where the address is not informed about the reservation or an advance payment is not deposited accompanied by the sending of the corresponding receipt, the accommodation has the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
Bookings of 1-30 days:
For reservations of up to 30 days, a deposit of 35% of the total amount of the reservation is required to confirm it.
Reservations of more than 14 days:
For reservations of more than 14 days, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required to confirm it.
Advance payment costs, in case of bank deposit, are borne by the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
The management of the accommodation asks customers to inform us as soon as possible and in writing to our e-mail about any changes or cancellations regarding their reservation.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 14 days after the scheduled arrival (check-in) there is no financial charge and the advance payment is returned (in addition to the 10 euros charged as tax for any commissions, etc.).
- In case of cancellation of reservations less than 14 days after the scheduled arrival (check-in) or no-show at the accommodation, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
- In case of early departure in relation to the scheduled departure date (check-out), the customer is obliged to compensate the accommodation with 100% of the stay that will not take place.
Cancellations amid the COVID-19 pandemic
In the event that government decisions related to the pandemic prohibit or restrict free movement or the ability to enter the country, and therefore you are forced to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded 100% of the deposit (only any bank charges incurred by the accommodation.
4. Arrival / Departure
Upon your arrival at our accommodation, you must have your ID or passport, as well as an electronic receipt or a copy of your booking confirmation via our email contact form. The accommodation may refuse to provide services to a guest who does not present an identity document.
Arrival and departure times, unless otherwise agreed, are as follows:
- Arrival (check-in): 17:00 or later
- Departure (check-out): 11:00 or earlier
5. Accommodation
The accommodation has closed circuit monitoring in the parking areas and entrance and exit areas of the accommodation. By using the accommodation services, you consent to monitoring by CCTV.
The safety of minors within the entire accommodation is the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians and companions.
Common quiet hours must be observed by everyone for the proper functioning of the accommodation.
The use of the accommodation by third parties is prohibited.
It is forbidden to stay in the accommodation of people who have NOT been booked or are not registered in the guest list.
In each room there are available for the customer sanitary items and linens which are for use exclusively inside the room. It is not allowed to use linen or bed linen on the beach or in other areas outside the accommodation.
It is forbidden to move or remove any object from the rooms.
The accommodation areas are cleaned with a change of clothes every 3rd day. The customer can refuse the cleaning by declaring it from the beginning during the check-in.
The existing municipal cleaning and drainage network does not collect compact solid waste. For this reason, the customer must discard everything in the bins and never in the toilet.
5. Extra beds
A baby cot is provided at no extra charge upon notification or request on the relevant booking form.
Additional beds (ranch), if available, are provided at no extra charge for persons included in the original reservation.
6. Pets
Our accommodation does NOT accept pets.
7. Room Damage
In the case of damage to the room, the other property of our accommodation must be declared immediately. The management has the right to charge for the damage suffered.
In this case the management may demand the immediate payment of the amount of the damage suffered by the customer, otherwise it reserves all its legal rights.
10. Force Majeure
Our accommodation does not bear any responsibility in the event that it cannot fulfill its obligations to the customer, in whole or in part, due to force majeure (indicative power cut, water cut, telephony (internet), strikes, fire, floods, earthquake, acts of terrorism etc.).
11. Loss of Personal Items.
Each customer is responsible throughout their stay at our accommodation for the safekeeping of their personal and/or valuable items.
During the cleaning by the cleaning crew of the accommodation, the customer is responsible for the safekeeping of his personal and/or valuables.
For this reason, the accommodation provides a small safe for keeping them.
Therefore, the accommodation bears no responsibility for any loss or destruction thereof.
For the other objects that each customer brings to the accommodation, the accommodation is exempted from any responsibility if the damage or loss is due to its own negligence or that of the persons who stay with it, visit it or are in its service.
In addition, the accommodation is not responsible if the loss or destruction is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.) or the peculiar nature of the object.
